Our condo is perfectly situated on the 19th floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 85” flat screen SMART TV with surround sound in the living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 8.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. Clean condo, on the 19th floor which gives great views of the water and the beach. Large balcony was nice to sit on and was quiet. Halls can get noisy when people are in them but there arent many units on each floor and the living area is away from the hall. Had covered parking (you do have to pay). Super place - will come back.

This was an anniversary trip for my hubby and myself. We’ve stayed at this location before, but never in this exact condo. It did not disappoint! It was beautifully decorated and really clean! Being on the 19th floor offered a breathtaking view of the Gulf. Beds were very comfy. Elevators were super fast and the property staff were always pleasant and helpful!We walked across the street for donuts one morning and some of the best seafood was just a short drive away. Great location! We will definitely be back!
