Welcome to our newly renovated 3-bedroom retreat in Colorado, designed to cater to couples, families, and business travelers alike. Whether you're here for a business trip, vacation, or a weekend getaway, our meticulously crafted space meets all your needs.

🛏️ You will find the three bedrooms are modern, clean, and relaxing—a perfect combination for a good night's sleep!
🍳 The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items you could need and more! From mixing bowls to cookie sheets, measuring cups, cooking utensils, and all the gadgets, we have tried our best to think of everything you may need for a short or long stay!
🛁 We also do our best to provide a fully stocked bathroom! While staying in our home, you will find shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, fresh towels, feminine products, and face wipes to name a few!
👶 Whether you are traveling with your kiddos or have family or friends with kids stopping by, we provide a high chair and pack-n-play to make traveling that much easier!
☕ Early riser or late nighter, please help yourself to the complimentary coffee, tea, creamer we offer as well! (We want you to feel comfortable and at home!)
🧺 Beginning, middle, or nearing the end of your stay, you will have access to a private washer and dryer—full-size units, as well as some laundry detergent, just in case!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Pet friendly has a nice size your for your fury friend to run around. Home was very cozy with lots of home items, great if you're bringing a child, home is equipped with high chair and a playpen.
