Beautifully remodeled home, perfect for multiple families. This home features five bedrooms plus a loft and three bathrooms. On the main floor, there are three bedrooms: two California king master bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a children's room with full-over-full bunk beds. The master and children's rooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, there is a California king master, a loft area with another set of full-over-full bunk beds for children, and a pull-out sofa. The upstairs rooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD TVs.
The open-concept main living area is spacious and offers plenty of seating options, including a sectional, dining room table, and breakfast nook. The sectional also includes a queen-sized pull-out for additional bedding. The family room provides high-speed wireless internet. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The kitchen is highly upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guests' use. The home is equipped with strollers, a high chair, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for infants and toddlers. The rear yard features an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, a patio set, and additional chairs. The home also has central air and heat.
This house SLEEPS 18 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 20 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

If you reside within 100 miles of Disneyland, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. Houses are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.
All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.
No local rentals where renter lives within 100 Miles of the Home.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.

The place was very spacious and everything around the corner. There was great communication with the host. Its a great house the stay as well it’s 15 mins away from Disneyland. Also there are bugs outside the house, but make sure to close the door right away so they don’t get in. The only thing you have bring extra blanket to lay on top on the bed cause some of the bed sheets where dirty other then that everything was great.

Pros: The house was very spacious; I loved the way it was decorated; the kitchen was amazing; the beds and couch were very comfortable; and the washer and dryer with ample detergent were a plus. The location was very close to shopping and food choices. I also really liked that all the bathrooms were updated nicely. We had a group of 17 and fit very comfortably.Cons: There were quite a few cracked floorboards. The parking situation is a little tricky, since the garage and driveway are behind the home in a really narrow alley. There was a car that looked like it hadn't been moved in years (expired tags from 2024), along with a dumped TV and furniture, which made it difficult to get in and out of the garage with two cars. Getting into the house was a little tricky: you can't load/unload unless you want to get towed (the tow truck is always around), but you can't get into the garage/driveway unless you go inside, get the clicker, and gate key. I'm not sure how to get around that, but just something to consider. All in all, I would still definitely consider renting the home due to its location, spaciousness, and beauty. Just beware that parking can be a challenge.

Some of the floor panels were cracked and we were scraping the bottoms of our feet from time to time. One edge of one of the steps going upstairs was pretty broken

First,let me say that we were grateful for a place to shower and sleep that could accommodate half of our family.
Here are some of the concerns:
It said it could sleep 20 but there were no wash cloths for even close to that.
There was no dustpan for sweeping. There were cobwebs and bugs around the door frames.
The air conditioning did not work. There were not screens on bedroom windows so windows could be open.
Bathtubs took over an hour to drain.
The laminate floor had pieces missing.
Lastly, though I was not looking for a house with a pool communications we received indicated there was a pool. There was no pool.
