Hands down THE Most Beautiful Serene Huge Pine Tree Wooded 6 Acre 1 6 Acre 9 Bedroom 8 Bathroom Home / Cabin in Pristine Flagstaff. Our most treasured memories have been made here over the last 40 years, and now we’d love to share cabin with you.
The Best Inn Flag is Massive with over 8000 sq ft and sits on Six Privately gated, pine covered acres. We love our dogs and our cabin sleeps up to 26 guests!
Great for groups and corporate groups large and small visiting Northern Arizona. Only 70 miles from the Grand Canyon, we are THE BEST FIVE STAR destination for those looking to experience this natural wonder. It’s truly an amazing property, and an incredible location.

Additional guests are $50 per person, per night.

Please include the total number of expected guests when making your VRBO reservation. If you need to add additional guests prior to your arrival, please notify the host for adjustments. You may also add additional guests during your stay by notifying the host.
In an effort to save valuable resources, accommodations are prepared for the number of guests on your reservation. If you need to add additional guests, additional beds, linens, towels, toilet paper, toiletries etc are absolutely available and gladly provided upon request.
Please let us know if there’s anything extra you need as we prepare for your arrival!
ANY AND ALL GUESTS, IN ANY CAPACITY, MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR.
NON-VRBO GUESTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME WITHOUT APPROVAL. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

STAIRS:
Please note the areas with stairs.
1. Three bedrooms and a full bath are located on the second level(3 queen beds, two twin bunkbeds, total of 4 twin bunks)
2. There are three stairs at the entrance of three of the King Suites
4. There are stairs required to access the back patio.
The deck located off the kitchen is easily accessible for those with mobility issues.
CHILDREN:
We are happy to host children, but it's important to note that the cabin is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times. There are stairs, play areas and ample outdoor space.
Infants and children(2 & under) are free of charge.
Children that require the same accommodations as an adult are priced at the adult rate.
DOGS:
We love our family pets and definitely want to welcome yours. We allow 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs to stay at our cabin. All dogs must be accounted for and included on the reservation. Only two dogs are allowed. The first dog fee is $300, and the second dog fee is $50.
Undisclosed pets will result in immediate eviction without refund or a pet fee/fine of $400 per pet added to your final bill. Please be sure to alert us should there be any pet damage. We have fur babies and understand accidents happen. Honesty is always best so we can work through any issues together. Please pick up pet waste before departure!
CHECK-IN: 4PM & CHECK-OUT BY 10AM
We MIGHT be able to provide an early check-in or a late check-out ONLY if our schedule allows for no additional fee but please inquire when making the reservation.
GUEST ACCESS
Our home is equipped with a lock and key pad. There are no keys for added security. Guests only have access during their reservation. If you arrive early, you will not have access to the home.
A lot of wonderful memories, time, care, and money has been put into our cabin that we LOVE. We only want to have the best guests who will respect our home as their own.

Poor kitchen supplies few garbage bags and minimal toilet paper Filthy outdoor areas no blower available no useable vacuum Deck full of leavesBedding is firm and uncomfortable. We really enjoyed our time in the house. It certainly fits a large party. I would watch for the additional charges applied for guests over 10 even though the ad says it sleeps up to 26. I don't really understand why the additional fees are applied. Also, the house was relatively clean but there areas that could be better cleaned and previous pet waste was still on property. Exchanging text messages and talking to Melissa was really good and easy - she was also very responsive and I appreciated that. Overall, a good property.

We took our family on this trip. We have 4 kids and a few son in laws and 3 grand children. It was a good place to stay for a few days. It’s peaceful and quiet. It’s a little older than we assumed. It was clean and tidy.

The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Had an amazing time. Missy was very quick to respond when contacted. It would have been helpful to known where the ping pong top was and the freezer was in a different room than the kitchen. The only downfall was paying a 600.00 cleaning fee when the cabin was very dusty and had cobwebs on the beds and doors. The wine fridge had mold in it from previous spilled wine. I would definitely recommend staying at this cabin!
