CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: 50% of down payment refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival, forfeit all monies paid unless the condo is rebooked for the same rental dates & rate. If the property is rebooked for the rental dates (partially or fully), a refund will be issued for the rate that we were able to rebook the property for at the last minute, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Within 30 days: refund (partially or fully) only if condo is rebooked.
Hurricane refunds: applies during mandatory evacuation orders given for the area that the property is located in. Refunds will be given on any unused portion of rent from the date the evacuation order is lifted. No refunds will be given outside of the evacuation order dates.

Our stay could not have been better. The condo was just as pictured in the listing. Very clean and comfortable. Easy beach access. The employees at Bay Watch were very friendly and helpful. We had no issues at all with the resort. The only suggestion we have for the unit itself is to include 2 hand towels one for each bathroom (only one was provided) and a bath mat would have been helpful. Other than that no complaints.

The view from the condo was wonderful. The pool area was clean, and the pools were clean. Be aware that there is no starter toilet paper, bathroom, or kitchen soap. No kitchen towels were provided. So plan and make sure you bring all of that with you. The pillows in the master bedroom need to be replaced as they smell dirty. The restaurants on the property were great. The staff was also great. There was a live band playing as well which was nice while sitting on the beach. Overall, this condo is nice for the price.
