Renovated studio condominium, steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This studio condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a balcony with a grill, a personal wood-burning fireplace and is accessible without stairs. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 109 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.
Laurelwood 109 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.
Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.
Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.
On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.
We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Really good option for a couple. Studio is well laid out and we especially appreciated the good reading lamps, decent kitchen (we cooked almost every meal), ski locks provided by management, and the office staff in general (they were on site all day, answered all questions, sent maintenance promptly for fireplace issues). Location was very good for ski in, ski out and accessing the Mall, Village, and shuttles easily. Only minor complaints are that the bed is high for a short person ( 5'6"), and the couch cushions kept sliding forward while sitting on them. We would stay there again.

Overall the stay was good. It was in a good location and was well take care of. The only drawback was that there was no AC.

Great location for my 40th birthday. We had a blast in Aspen coking from Maryland. My bestfriend and myself did encounter a coyote but we got away. You have to be careful of the wild. Lol
