Perfect for our needs. Having a second space with a sink and mirror was wonderful for getting ready in the mornings.

We spent two nights in Lisbon. The apartment is very centrally located and yet a block off of the noisiest streets. There is an elevator to help with the six flights of stairs. The parking space was appreciated. You can drive to the apartment to unload but then the parking lot is a short walk into the center of town. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

Nice apartment in an older building undergoing renovation.
Top floor with good views, and away from street noise. Small elevator with metal accordion gates. Great location, Tram 28 stop a block away. Parking instructions a bit confusing, but worked out well. Really enjoyed our stay and would return.

I arrived promptly at 3PM. I showed up right before the "cleaning crew." The cleaning crew stayed for 10 minutes and didn't do anything besides change the sheets. I am pretty sure had I not been there over-seeing the cleaning they wouldn't have even done that. The floors were filthy.
Furthermore, a VRBO this nice should supply guests with more than 1 towel each for an entire week's booking - we had to purchase additional towels. This VRBO also wasn't stocked with paper towels, more than 3 rolls of toilet paper, shower soap or any basic necessity. This drove up our trip cost and made us have to make a trip to a grocery store. We also got stuck in the elevator 2x for approx. 10 minutes each. This is incredibly annoying if you don't have a responsive host/have to pay for every minute you're on the phone with them in order to receive instructions to exit the lift. This unit is on the 6th floor in an older building with a very unreliable lift - so opting to take the stairs with luggage, upon check-out, was quite the workout !! When complaining to the host re: the check-in process, she seems incredibly annoyed and replied "well you got in at 3:10PM." 3:10PM isn't the same as 3PM as stated in this booking's contract ... I understand everyone makes mistakes but I communicated with the host that I would be arriving to Lisbon at 11AM and would like to get into the apartment at 3PM sharp as I had been on a long flight.

Me and my three friends were overall pleased with the unit, but there were some instances that cant be overlooked.
First off the good:,
- Clean space right in the heart of Baixa with limited noise in the unit which can be an issue in this area
- Three a/c units to keep the condo cool throughout the day
- Modern finishes and appliances are always appreciated
- Well priced
Now the bad:
- We waited outside of the unit for 1+ hours with our luggage since the code wasnt working. Host eventually changed us in, but would have appreciated quicker action.
- The second bathroom isnt actually a bathroom and shouldnt be listed as such. It has a sink and a stool.
- Construction occuring on building which we should have been notified about beforehand.
Overall, this has the potential to be a great listing and if you can address these issues beforehand with the host, i'd reco renting.

We spent two nights in Lisbon and this was the perfect spot for two adults and three teenagers. Elevator building / 6th floor apartment. Great location, easy to walk from Rossio train station after flight from US. Air conditioning was very appreciated during hot July visit.

This is a very spacious and secure apartment that is close to heart of the district. Accommodations are clean and well-kept, and the access to a parking spot a few blocks away is very valuable!

This apartment was the last we were to stay at in a 3 week period and the most expensive and the least luxurious. Having said that, we had everything we could possible have needed except for proper AC in the back bedroom. And when I mentioned it and asked if there was a remedy, there was no response. So, my assumption is that this wasn’t a new condition and it didn’t seem that the host was inclined to repair it. We had some AC in the back bedroom that did not have a window, but definitely not enough for comfortable sleeping. Otherwise, everything else was perfectly fine. And if they fix the AC, I’d stay there again. I understand that they don’t have the kind of AC that we have in the States, but then try to make amends when things don’t work. At least a fan.

The location is perfect and the unit is roomy. Unfortunately it was a negative Check -in experience, flying in at 6 AM and having to wait until three to get in- which is normal, but we dragged suitcases up six flights of stairs, because the elevator was very small and rickety, and the code did not work to get into the apartment. The stairwell was not air-conditioned, and it was extremely dirty, and we were stuck there for an hour and exhausted. We did not hear back from anybody after quite a few messages for over an hour, and until I called Vrbo directly. The unit itself is very spacious and was very clean, but, as other reviewers have said, there were zero amenities in it, not even extra trash bags or toilet paper.

The door code did not work when we arrived so we were waiting out in the building hallway for a reply from the manager for about 20 minutes. The rug in the living room appeared stained and dirty. The bathroom looked to need a refresh. The beds were extremely hard. Remote to one of the AC units was no where to be found. Location was convenient to sites and shopping. Just hours after leaving we realized we left a piece of jewelry that is family heirloom in the apartment. There was absolutely no attempt to help us. We called the management office repeatedly with no answer. Communication via the VRBO app was answered in WhatsApp (which we don’t have) without notifying us until after the fact. When we did finally receive the communication days later it was only to say prove that you left your property in the house. Absolutely horrible communication that made a horrible situation worse.

The apartment was comfortable and centrally located to walk up to restaurants. The windows were great and blocked a lot of street noise.
Beds were comfortable also.
The elevator worked which was great because our daughter just had knee surgery so we needed it.
Anyway loved it. Would stay again.

Larger apartment in an older building in heart of Lisbon. Great location, easy to get to anything. Very clean and comfortably furnished, but not much for essentials like shampoo, soap, paper towels/napkins, mini sized fridge, not much coffee. You might have to bring/buy a few items - but multiple markets are close by. A/C, elevator, washing machine were appreciated. Easy to use code on front door, but code on apartment door did not always work - sometimes multiple attempts needed to get door to open. The bathroom has awful lighting and a small step just outside the shower, but it was functional if you work around the design flaws. Listing said check-in at 14:00, but we were told we could not get in until 15:00. Not a lot of communication from the host, and it was not an easy process to get everything paid after booking. I did not think it was as quiet as other reviewers, but you should expect some noise in the city. A few hassles but the location and ample space are the big selling points, would rate 3.5 stars if I could

A great 2-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor within a short walk to major places of interest (Se, castle) and river and within minutes from a slew of restaurants and shopping.
Very easy check in with codes on building and apartment doors. Elevator makes luggage hauling logistics a non-factor
The building is in a flatter part of Lisbon and Rua de Comercio is wide enough to leave car parked to load and unload.
Comfortable beds, air conditioning and good water pressure and abundance of hot water.

The apartment is in the ideal location to explore the neighborhoods of Alfama and Baix. Close to restaurants and shops and to train/boat. Adequate to serve snacks or a llght meal. Beds are extremely hard, but my spouse and I much prefer hard over too soft. Incredible views from the 6th floor living room. There is a lift which was necessary for 2 of the three of us.

We booked this place on short notice, which may have contributed to the lack of response by the property manager. Fortunately, we received all the access codes for the building prior to arriving around 14:00. As mentioned, the location is great and the rental was clean and updated. However, this rental only has one full bath. Overall, I would still rate the rental at 5 stars.

Would give this 5 stars, and we would definitely stay here again (for sure), but for others renting need to know that it has one toilet (the 'second bathroom' is just a sink, so this was a surprise). Also for such a nice place, would be great to have toilet paper (we had to buy more early in the visit), more towels, laundry detergent, and more functional coffee maker. These issues, including the lack of 2nd toilet/bathroom make this ~4.5 stars rather than 5, though as above we'd stay there again! Thanks!

Location location location
The two bedroom two bath apartment was located within walking distance of all of the major sites. Apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. For me the huge pluses were the elevator and air conditioner. Working with Olivier was easy and stress free. Would stay again without question and will recommend to my friends.

A few days in Lisbon.
The location of this apartment was wonderful. Close to the ocean and center of town. The owners were responsive. The place was all my family of four needed and was very comfortable.

Quiet and modern in ideal location
The property was the nicest of all the ones we stayed in Portugal over our 2 weeks trip- very professional operation and extremely comfortable apartment. The location is ideal- right near the river, main shopping district, and Alfama neighborhood- restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, attractions all within 10 minutes walking distance. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet, with double-paned windows and on the top (6th floor). Unusually for most places in Portugal (actually the only out of 4), it even has an elevator.
All locks to the building and apartment are code based so no need for a key, and the manager (Rui in this case) waited for us and met us when we arrived to make it easy to get in.
All-in-all: met every standard for a top-ranked rental.

Great Lisbon base!
The apartment is comfortable and located in a great area, close to several fine restaurants (we especially enjoyed Baixa Mar and Maria Catita which are right around the corner). This is a sixth-floor unit with an elevator so you’re well above most noise from the street. If you want good basic accomodation in a central location within walking distance of most of Lisbon’s essential attractions, this is an attractive option. Olivier was very responsive and his business’s operation is very well attuned to the needs of his guests.

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location!
We stayed for 5 nights and found the apartment to be comfortable, clean, accessible to all points of interest in Lisbon, including the waterfront. It was a nice home away from home where we had everything we needed. Especially appreciated having a washing machine and easy access to walk to cafes for morning coffee! (Even though there is a coffee machine in the apartment). The owner was very responsive to all arrangements and questions, including resupplying a few items during our stay. Lisbon is wonderful city to explore and this apartment made it even more enjoyable for us. Recommend highly!

Well located for visiting the great sights of Lisbon
The apartment is spacious and well equipped for short or long term rental. It is air conditioned which was a must for us in August. It is also very quiet and offered us a good night's sleep. We walked all over the city with our base being the apartment. Several food stores around the apartment and some convenient restaurants. All in all it was a good choice for us.
