Coastal Dunes 2 has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed to make sure everyone can rest up each night for another fun day of exploring the beach. With the ocean as your backyard, you and your dogs will love the easy access to the beach, perfect for long walks and days in the sun.

Each home has between 1-3 bedrooms, all with direct beach access which is located right behind the cottages. Exploring the OBX: Located in Nags Head, Coastal Dunes is just a short distance from Oregon Inlet for an OBX fishing trip, local restaurants such as Blue Moon or Mulligans that are sure to delight, and plenty of locally-owned shops. Explore the islands by taking a day trip to Corolla or even hop on the ferry to visit Ocracoke Island.

Beach Access: Beach access is directly behind the cottage court or using Small Street to the South of the property.

This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
