The house is in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors on both sides. Our Son was getting married at the Denver Botanic Gardens so we were very close 5-10 min drive. We had several family dinners here. The Bbq works great, relaxed in the spa and gathered around the fire in the evenings. The park is super close and there are several coffee and eating spots, all within walking distance. We didn’t make it to the zoo, but it’s close too. We’re hoping next time!All around,it was a great place to stay!

We loved staying at this well laid out, cozy house! The location was perfect for us, and having a yard for our dog was so helpful. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we will definitely stay there again!

This property is amazing and was a great fit...however, the day prior to arrival our host informed us that the AC was not working in advance of the expected 90 degree weekend. She said she placed "portable units" in each room, however upon arrival there were small fans in each bedroom that didn't even have cords. The temperature in the bedroom area was 81 degrees the first day and then 83 degrees the second day. We had to communicate repeatedly with the host the first 2 days of our trip. An AC tech came out and indicated this was not a "sudden" AC failure, but actually a dangerous set up that was very much out of code and he refused to work on the unit from a liability standpoint. In the afternoon of our second day, 3 window AC units were delivered that my husband installed. Yes, on our vacation he was installing AC units! This was most disappointing as we don't travel much, so we were really looking forward to relaxing. The house is so nice and located walking distance to beautiful City Park. I am providing this honest review for the safety of future bookers. I hope the home owners will invest in fixing the AC, as the property is quite nice. The host should have provided proper cooling as she KNEW in advance that the system had broken down. We were distracted from the full enjoyment of being with our child as she graduated college. The front porch swing was a lovely place to relax. The neigbors were lovely.
