Located just 30 metres from one of Newquay's most popular family friendly beaches - 5 The Beach House is the perfect apartment for a seaside getaway.

This beautiful apartment has an open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher & washer/dryer), dining and living area with access onto one of the apartments private balcony. With outstanding views across Porth Beach it makes this the perfect spot for watching the changing tides or soaking up the beautiful evening sunset.
The master king bedroom has patio doors onto the second private balcony again with outstanding views across Porth Beach. This bedroom also has a modern en-suite with walk in shower. The second bedroom consists of another king bed and the third bedroom is a twin bedroom with 2 x single beds. The main family bathroom has a shower over bath.
If you are wanting to bring your furry friends with you, a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome to stay here. All we ask is that they are not left in the property on their own and you bring their own beds and blankets to keep them nice and comfy! Travel cot and highchair available – please advise at the time of booking. *Please note - there is a seasonal dog ban between 10am and 6pm from May 15th to September 30th on Porth Beach.
This apartment is perfect for families and couples aged 25 plus looking for accommodation in the ultimate ocean front location. We are unable to accept groups or singles in number 5 for insurance purposes.

Great beach views
Clean and spacious
Parking for one car only
Welcome email is very inaccurate. No soap, or toiletries. 2 sachet coffee for 4 people. 3 towels for 4 people. A couple loose unwrapped tea bags. Wifi codes on email wrong - check back of router. Need more dishwasher tablets too

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront apartment in Newquay. The location was unbeatable - right along Porth Beach, with beautiful views and just steps from the sand. It was incredibly convenient for beach walks, relaxing by the sea and exploring the walking trail by Porth. Also within walking distance to Lusty Glaze! The apartment itself was comfortable, with amazing views and all the facilities we would need for a family stay, and made for a perfect base for our coastal getaway. We’d definitely love to return!

Compact in terms of overall space, dining table is squeezed against the wall. But excellent views of the beach. TV is a bit fuzzy, not full HD. In terms of welcoming gestures, the sponge/scourer could have been new & a small container of washing up liquid would be appreciated. But rooms are clean & well laid
out. Toilet brush should have been discarded! It was filthy! Well furnished apartment.
