Fantastic Southampton location situated on Turtle Pond. A superb 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in an equally superb waterfront setting. Located on a quiet street very near to a marina and close to both Sag Harbor and Southampton Villages. The gated property is private yet moments from top Hamptons amenities. The waterfront grounds feature a private oasis with a large entertaining terrace and outdoor dining space as well as a gunite swimming pool. The interior spaces are vintage modern and comfortable featuring a cozy living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. Prepare fine meals together in the chef's kitchen.

The family of 4 couples truly enjoyed their stay here. Nice finishes and a beautiful property on a quiet street. Close to two very nice restaurants and easily accessible to both sag harbor and Southampton we preferred this location to east Hampton where we stayed last year. Host was great.

This house is amazing. The space was perfect for a family week. Great open kitchen and hang out space including plenty of games and activities. The property is lovely with a great pool and plenty of space. We loved it and would easily return.

Mairin was an awesome host! Very hospitable and great communication! House is vey well stocked and CLEAN also very toddler friendly! Lots of board games to keep the family busy. Home is cozy and Neighborhood is safe.

House was great for my family's first visit to The Hamptons. Location was good to get back and forth to towns and beaches. Restaurants and shopping relatively close by. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Only improvement opportunity is a little clean-up out back. Deck and pool area could use some TLC. Otherwise, very nice property.
