spa was great

lack of a proper common lounge area in the lobby, there's a nice electric fireplace there but it was never lit during our stay, staff at reception was a bit hit and miss, sometimes very friendly, sometimes a bit brusque.

Price is a little bit high, a bit far from restaurants ( about 4 km)

Flavia and her whole team are magnificent, very helpful and charming. They are taking care of all guest’s needs and are making sure it is a wonderful stay. The rooms, the breakfast area and the bar are lovely decorated and have a modern alpine style. The homemade cakes every morning, everything around breakfast and the italian coffee were excellent. Flavia and her team are always around and have wonderful tips what to do in this great area. We felt at home and did not want to leave. It is a great place to relax. Thank you Flavia, Rita for a wonderful stay. We will for sure be back.

Everything is just perfect!

The hotel is beautifully appointed and in a wonderful location. The bedroom was lovely and well equipped and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. Flavia and her team could not have been more helpful giving us advice on different activities. We had a great holiday.
