With vineyards, avocado fields, wildlife and the ocean in view, this house is the perfect getaway spot for your family vacation. You will be tucked in the beautiful hills of Nipomo on the central coast of California, only 12 miles to Pismo beach!
The property is very much in the country but still very close to town. Being in the country you could encounter wildlife and bugs. Our brand new outdoor area feels like a resort experience with a 12 person hot tub, a walk up bar, ambient lighting, in ground propane fire pit, a very serene waterfall and beautiful landscaping. There is a fee to heat the hot tub for your stay.

The host was very attentive and accommodating. The house was huge with great amenities. The hot tub was a hit in the cooler weather and the indoor pool was great to swim laps. There’s a little dog area out back which is so unique!

Great place! Hosts were easy to get a hold of and very helpful. The location was easy access to Pismo and surrounding areas. The indoor pool was very nice and an added benefit. We appreciated all the bedroom and places to hang out.

Our grown children and their families joined us for a family vacation. The house was spacious enough for all of us. The indoor pool was a great activity for the grandkids when we returned and were preparing meals. The location was far enough away from crowds but close to all the attractions. The owner is making many upgrades to the yard. We all enjoyed our stay!
