Living area features comfy, cozy, light and airy coastal decor, tropical queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen television with stereo/DVD player. Lovely granite countertops, brick backsplash, and stainless steel appliances in fully equipped kitchen. Seating for six in the dining area table and two at the breakfast bar. Classy master bedroom has king size bed with new updated bedding, flat screen television, and access to oversized balcony. Master bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, granite countertops and under mount sink. Guest bedroom has queen size bed with flat screen television. Guest bathroom features shower/tub combination with granite countertops and under mount sink. Beautiful Gulf front view from oversized balcony and seating for six. There are also games, puzzles, and books for entertainment.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The location is great and easy access to the beach. The check in and check out process was easy and received all the information and instructions from the host prior to check in. The host also communicated quickly when I had a question. The condo was a little dirty with dust on the ceiling fan blades and some of the living furniture was very stained. Overall it was a great trip!

It was a great experience. The only complaint was the terrible noise the washer made but we just washed while we were away

Everything was very nice. We did notice that the bathroom drain in the primary bath sink was slow to drain. We will definitely return to this property.
