- Clean up after their pet immediately any time the outdoor pet relief area is used or an accident occurs
- Ensure their pet is not left unattended for long periods of time at the property
- Watch your pet outdoors (while we have a fenced backyard we cannot be held liable for pets getting out through holes or under fence)
- Not allow pets on furniture
- Be legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet
- Prior to checking out of the property, cleanup after my pet to not leave behind a need for excessive cleaning

There is a cigarette ash tray at the front porch and a large butt can in the backyard. If cigarette butts are not picked up there will be a $60 cleanup fee charged after your stay.

Please do not wash linens. Our cleaning crew will wash after your departure.
