A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this completely updated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island. No detail has been untouched with this new addition onto the rental market!
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the Beach Club, there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Wonderful stay, the place was well appointed in a great location. Loved it

The furnishings in this unit are actually nicer than the ones in the photos for the listing. We saw cheap metal and glass tables and shelves, but the wooden pieces were much nicer and sturdy. We were disappointed that there was no shower door in the master shower. The water pressure was pretty week and the shower was drafty. The elevator was slow and so busy! It made moving in and out with several loads of stuff difficult. We really enjoyed this location and the unit itself.

This location is close to the big resort but not as overcrowded. The pool is huge. This specific unit was updated but did not have any sort of water or pool view.
