About this space
Model home flat lower unit this home is brand new 2021 2/1 flat all is new , over one acre of preserved land very spacious . Pine ridge area so it is a strait shot down the main entrance to Naples with shops and dinning all on Pine ridge rd. off I -75 , 8 miles from famous clam pass beach just 15 minutes away , very easy to navigate pine ridge gets you right into the heart of Naples. Unit on very quiet street one mile ling so easy for walking no street noise. long private drive way.
The space
this place is great because it is brand new 2021 home I built as a builder to host guests , we try and think of everything you need and stock the garage with plenty of items , this is a lower unit so there is a unit above but there is plenty of space with over an acre of land. with other units in the area this is our main job to make all our units top notch.

all lower unit is your space , garage is shared with upstairs unit. plenty of parking as it is over one acre of land.

The location for our soccer tournament was fantastic. The host was available any time I messaged him. The amenities and finishes were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

A very nice, cozy, and beautifully designed space. Perfect for a relaxing stay—felt comfortable and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!
