Clean and comfortable. Small and basic. I was in Cannes for a conference and it served me well. 10 mins walk to a bus stop and a further 5 -10 minutes to Cannes. I didn’t have a car, but if you’re happy to walk 5 to 10 minutes, then it’s fine. The complex is rather confusing and quite a long walk from the front gate to the apartment. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. It is very small and there isnothing beyond two coffee capsules to keep you going when you arrive.Instructions for checking in were a little confusing as various videos were sent on how to access the apartment. I have a document with pictures would’ve been easier?Communications with the agent was good though, and I would stay again.
