fateful. That’s the best way to describe this property and the property manager. It’s well appointed and extremely comfortable. We are here a short time and did not have a chance to use the kitchen, but could have made any number of full meals. Neighborhood around it is quiet. We will definitely be back again. My only criticism is the bed. I am a hot sleeper in the bed seem to absorb and radiate my body heat. When I return, I will probably bring a thin blanket. So, if you are a hot sleeper, plan accordingly. If you’d like to be warm, when you sleep, you will be in heaven.

This was my first time staying at a VRBO property and Althea set the bar VERY high. The property is in a convenient location near IU’s campus and stores such as Target. The unit was spotless and very well appointed. They thought of all the little details!! My family was comfortable here. Althea is so responsive and easy to deal with. We look forward to many stays in this apartment over the next four years. Thank you for an amazing stay during our first college move in.
