Accommodation Details
Three of the bedrooms contain comfortable king beds. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed. All of the bedrooms have a TV. There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level. The master on the lower level has a Full-size bath. There is also a pull out sleeper sofa in the lower level family room where there is another gas fireplace.
Location
While this cabin is not secluded and is located among other cabins, its proximity to the Big Thompson River offers a unique blend of community and tranquility. You'll be just minutes from downtown shopping, dining experiences, and the amusement park, ensuring entertainment is always within reach.
The well stocked kitchen and a family room are on the upper level. The dining room table offers a beautiful view of the river and the mountains in the distance. New remodeled full bathroom with Tub/shower located on the upper level. The gas fireplace in the Livingroom adds warmth and ambience to the gathering area. There are books, puzzles and games to enjoy during your stay.
Access: The entrance is on the second floor and you will need to go up a flight of stairs to access the front door and main living space.
This home does NOT have air conditioning. But there are 3 window units in Bedrooms.
This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.
No Pets, No Smoking, No Events. No more then 10 people at the home at any time,
No more then 4 cars at any time, the person renting/ name on the account must be present.
Check in time is 4:00pm, Check out time is 10:00 am. If you arrive early enjoy the town, no early check in's or late check outs.
Rocky Mountain National Park and all of it’s beauty is only a 5 minute drive away.
The cabin is in a small HOA. It is close to a lot of amenities, but also close to other cabins and businesses. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles, Sorry no RV's or travel trailers.

Beautiful cabin next to the river and walking distance to downtown Estes. We stayed here with 2 families and enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well appointed, except be aware that the top bunk in the bunk room has no railings, so we couldn’t use it. But the other rooms have king size beds with very comfortable mattresses. The main living area can get a bit warm in the afternoon. The hot tub and fire pit by the river were very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time and the house worked out great for the 7 of us. Super easy to walk into town and it was very well stocked with everything you would need.

The property was in good condition. The location was good with the exception of the business next door. There was excessive noise most mornings. The grill was dirty and needed cleaned before we could use it. The jets on the inside bathtub didnt work. The life jacket provided needs to be replaced. Overall, this is a very nice cabin and we enjoyed our stay. We would definetly stay here again. I just wish that things that are broken were listed in the listing.
