Lakeside Retreat 1is a beautiful luxury caravan is in prime location, it has 3 bedrooms (8 berth), this leads on to the veranda which has a sunken hot tub, spot lights, steps leading down to a huge private fishing peg and free fishing, this is situated on the main fishing lake (Island lake), this property is central to the main complex with only a 5–7 minute walk approximately. Lakeside Retreat (1) is next door to Lakeside Retreat (2).
This stunning Luxury home comes complete with free WIFI and a Games Console.
Layout
The interior is a very spacious and modern with plenty of light and very comfortable and home from home.
Sleeping Arrangements
Lakeside retreat 1 has 3 Bedrooms, the master bedroom having a double ensuite bedroom, the further two bedrooms both have slightly smaller side single beds each bedroom can sleep 2 guests. There is the ability to accommodate another 2 guests in the lounge area as this can turn in to a bed if needed, however this needs to be agreed prior to booking by emailing rachel@summersplots.co.uk
A supplement of £25 per person is payable
Exterior
The Caravan has is south facing prime location with outstanding views, the decking area has a sunken hot tub with spotlights and fairy lights for evening time, steps down to a huge private fishing peg and free fishing, there is a brick bbq off the veranda for your use, outside dining furniture with 6 chairs
Local Area
Lincolnshire is one of the largest counties in the country. Here we find miles of beautiful green hills and countryside an area locally known as the "Wolds" This stretches from some extremely historic towns and villages all the way to seaside towns such as Mablethorpe, Chapel St Leanards, Ingoldmels, Skegness and more coastal villages. It is also the home of the beautiful historic City of Lincoln with its fantastic Castle and Old Prison which is definately worth a visit along with the Cathedral which stands extremely proud dominating the Lincoln City Skyline. From the top of the Castle tower on a clear day you can even see the town of Boston (The Boston Stump) many miles way, not for the feint hearted. There are many attractions both indoor and outdoor both in Tatterahll Lakes and also in close proximity of Tattershall.

Well equipped caravan, good communication , not a luxury caravan but comfortable .five adults was a bit cramped good job it was nice weather and we could eat outdoors

Lots of pre check in information provided and check in was easy. The outside space was lovely, hot tub was big and well maintained but felt very overlooked. Caravans are extremely close together so absolutely no privacy. Fishing peg was overgrown and full of weeds. Definitely not 'luxury' as advertised and I expected better to be honest. The mattresses were awful, uncomfortable and stained. Wi-fi was a waste of time and the oven was dangerous - shelf was held up by screws. This has been reported previously but still not fixed. Foul drain smell in main bathroom. No dishwasher so kitchen items weren't 100% clean from previous guests.
