While looking to book a long weekend to Chincoteague, we managed to find this property. It was booked solid for good reason! Location was great, it was exactly as described and loved the screened in porch with the swing. The welcome gift bag was an added touch. Even my pet was thought of.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back in the future.

Reviewer Comments:
Our family loves staying at Josie’s! We come every year. The house is stylish, clean, and very well equipped! It’s an integral part of our Chincoteague vacation. We had a small issue with one of the bathrooms this year, and Harbour Rentals took care of it immediately. We were welcomed with a very thoughtful gift basket, and all the information you could want or need to enjoy your stay. From the comfortable furniture to the relaxing fire pit, Josie’s feels like home!
