Our condo is managed by an experienced property management Company based in AKUMAL, that has been managing luxury properties along the Riviera Maya since 2015.

Before your arrival we will make sure everything is working properly. We deeply inspect every unit before a guest check in and follow strict cleaning protocols based on a standard checklist.

Please keep in mind that we DO NOT OFFER hotel services such as: personal greeting upon arrival, luggage carrying, luggage storage, personal 24 hours concierge services, daily cleaning services, etc

We manage an autonomous check-in process. You will be provided with a code to obtain your key from a security lockbox located right on the door of the establishment.
