Escape to paradise at our charming 4-bedroom vacation rental, perfectly nestled on the serene East Beach of St. Simons Island and offering breathtaking views of the Golden Marshes. Designed to comfortably to accommodate up to 10 guests. The interior is tastefully decorated, blending coastal charm with modern amenities to ensure a relaxing stay.
THE SPACE

Our home is just a short stroll or a quick golf cart ride away from the vast sandy beach entrance at the Coast Guard Station. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun, build sandcastles, or enjoy a leisurely beach walk, you'll find it all just moments from your doorstep.
Open-Concept Living Area: The heart of the home features a bright and airy living space, perfect for gathering with loved ones. Enjoy the comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen smart TV.
Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Create delicious meals in the updated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware you need. Enjoy your culinary creations at the large dining table or the cozy breakfast bar.
Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to discover a private porch area and green space, which is ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The lush landscaping and gentle breezes create a tranquil setting for relaxation.
Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful sanctuary after a day of beachside adventures. With plush bedding and ample storage, you'll feel right at home.
Bedroom 1 – main level, King (sleeps 2)
Bathroom 1 – main level, shared with bedroom 1 and 2, combination tub/shower
Bedroom 2 – main level, bunk with full on bottom, single on top (sleeps 2-3), TV
Bathroom 2 – upstairs, shared with bedroom 3 and 4, shower
Bedroom 3 – upstairs, King (sleeps 2), TV
Bedroom 4 – Two Queen size beds (sleeps 4), TV
Parking for 3 cars
Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Such a wonderful cottage!!! I’ve spent many vacations in St. Simon’s and this was one of the best places I’ve stayed. Super clean, comfortable beds/couches. Fantastic communication by the property managers. Vrbo seemed to inaccurately list the distance to the beach as it described it as a 2 minute walk, when in reality it was more of a 15 minute walk. This wasn’t a problem for us though- we just drove and it worked out perfectly. Hoping to get to visit this cottage again some day!!!

Two large dead roaches on the kitchen floor on arrival and then another large live one in the sink the next morning. Property was convenient to everything. House is a much older home. Not quite what we were expecting for the .
