The incredible unobstructed mountain views make this property feel like a true mountain retreat! The property is minutes from incredible hiking, biking, and lake activities (Monument Lake). The amazing thing about the location is that it is also only 2 miles from Downtown Monument which has a beautiful charm to go with its assortment of restaurants and bars. The house was perfect! It was very clean and had spacious rooms and decorated very cute! The 3 bathrooms were so nice with 5 people (3 girls) getting ready to attend a wedding! The location was perfect as it was close to everything! And easy to get to off the highway. Definitely recommend this house for families of all ages!

Wasn’t all bad but needed some minor repairs a snow shovel handy would have been nice the tv was not working and had to wait four days to get someone to come get it back online no real directions in writing anywhere a garage was great no wood for fireplace or directions either overall good but I have stayed at much better for the same price or less
