Awesome shared terrace with BBQ, 3 bedrooms condo. 3 queens beds plus 1 sofa bed in the living room, a gaz fire place 1 full bathroom with ceramic shower. Walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown Bromont. 3-4 minutes driving distance to the ski hill and aquatic park. 5 minutes driving distance to Centre équestre de Bromont. 15 minutes driving distance to Granby zoo. There is 2 hot tubs available all year from 9:00 to 22:00 and a heated salted pool from June 1st to September 15th.

Great location - sparkling clean - hot tub was appreciated after a day of cycling! Took a while to find the entrance (it's at the back of 871 up a flight of outdoor stairs or go inside to use the elevator). Space exactly as described - note: 3rd bedroom is a mattress in an alcove space.

What an amazing condo! It was clean, functional with excellent design. The pool and the jacuzzi are great to enjoy! It is a plus to be on the main road of Bromont, such a beautiful and enjoyable downtown with great restaurants. We will be back!
