Nestled among the pines in the heart of Sunriver, this warm and inviting mountain retreat offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and classic Central Oregon charm. Set on a spacious lot surrounded by beautiful common ground and mature trees, you'll feel tucked away in nature while still being just moments from all that Sunriver has to offer.

Step outside and hop directly onto Sunriver's famous bike path system, or take one of the provided bikes and explore miles of scenic trails winding through forests, meadows, golf courses, and along the river.

Inside, this thoughtfully designed home offers plenty of space for families and friends to spread out. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, thoughtfully positioned so no bedroom walls are shared, creating a quiet and private retreat for guests. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite offers even more privacy, complete with its own full en suite bath.

After a day of adventure, soak under the stars in your private hot tub, gather around the cozy fireplace with a glass of wine, or enjoy cool comfort on warm summer days with central air conditioning.

As our guest, you'll enjoy unlimited access to SHARC passes, giving your group access to pools, water slides, tubing hills, pickleball, and some of Sunriver's most sought-after amenities.

Whether you're skiing at nearby Mount Bachelor, paddling the Deschutes River, golfing, hiking, or simply unwinding beneath the towering pines, this home is the perfect basecamp for making unforgettable memories.
