Cozy ground-floor apartment with a terrace on the outskirts of Waibstadt, with good access to the highway and public transportation.
You’ll be staying in an approximately 65-square-meter vacation apartment with a private entrance. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, adjacent to which is another small room with a single bed, separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. The living room features a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps an additional 2 people. The living room is spacious and opens onto the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A larger dining table is located next door in our annex. From the living room, you have access to the sunroom and terrace. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Towels and bed linens are provided.
A charging station for electric cars is available (for a fee)

In Waibstadt, there is a bakery, butcher, supermarkets, a drugstore, a pharmacy, and several restaurants
There is an indoor swimming pool, and bike and walking paths run right next to the house.

Sinsheim is about a 10-minute drive away but is also easily accessible by bus.
