Nice place but the villa just needs a little TLC, no T towels, most of the outside chairs ripped and the paint had worn off the tables, just a bit unsightly but good location and definitely needs more outside lighting to the BBQ area.

The location of the Villa is outstanding. Literally a minutes walk to the beautiful Malama Beach.
The office staff are outstanding with a particular shout out for Marilena and Martha who are wonderful.
The cleanliness and general housekeeping was lower than the expected standards for higher end accommodation. Under the beds hadn't been cleaned for what looks like quite a while.
The BBQ facilities need completely renewed or at least updated. The pool was out of action for half of our stay due to broken pump.
Fixtures and fittings are dated and could benefit from a make over.
Seating and lounging facilities outside the Villa were damaged and worn through and need completely replaced.
Overall, the Villa is in a fabulous location, the staff at La Mer Homes are absolutely wonderful people. However, the Villa would benefit from a little T.L.C which would make it an absolute gem of a Villa.

The villa is located a short distance from a smaller sandy beach, the sea view from the pool, even better from the upper rooms. The villa is spacious, the rooms cozy and the kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need. We will definitely be happy to come back!
A dishwasher is missing, which is necessary in a villa for 10 people, if I don't take the time spent washing the dishes, at least because of the water consumption.
