Fantastic stay at Quail Run. The scenery and community is beautiful and well taken care of, and the amenities are great. A very peaceful place. Only one note, if you have very young kids, it is effectively a 55+ community. Most of the residents we met were great, but some were a bit irritated by children. Simply worth noting if you plan on using the amenities with kids.

Everything was exactly as described. The house was very nice with plenty of room, easy access into and out of the gated community (24/7). My family had a great time and would stay here again!

This property is beautiful and has all the desired amenities. It was the perfect space for our family of four to enjoy Santa Fe. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with everything you need to fix a complete meal. The property was very clean. The pool and other property amenities were top notch. We did however, wake up two out of the five mornings to no hot water. While the local team worked to resolve this matter, it still happened again, throwing off our morning vacation plans when no one could shower. I reached out repeatedly to the property manager to seek resolution and got no response.
