Cute place with a great location. We walked all over downtown Lancaster and enjoyed coming back to our 'home base.' Comfortable and we especially loved hanging out on the balcony.

Property was exactly as advertised. Great benefit to having a private parking spot in the back. Very close to all downtown attractions.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at the house! Everything was perfect! The only thing we missed was coffee in the morning. It would have been nice if we had a packet of coffee to make. Other than that…perfect! Will definitely be back.

1. Interior was nice. Accommodations are nice. Stairs are very steep hard to climb.2. Rear concrete stairs need repair the concrete is settling and cracking. Cause tripping hazard.3. Need to install a hand rail on the exterior steps at the rear entrance. People with mobility issues find it hard to use the stairs. 4. The lock box used for the key storage can be cumbersome for someone with hand dexterity issues.5. Should make it aware that rear parking has limited access for larger vehicles. Almost impossible to turn from street into alleyway for anything but a small to midsized vehicle.
