Salento, Gallipoli, Mancaversa, beautiful summer resort, characterized by sandy with low cliffs interrupted by coves of fine golden sand, close to the famous beaches known for the events, the nightlife and the evenings VIP, 5 km. of coast from Gallipoli, Lido Pizzo, Picador, Tip of Swine, Samsara, Praja, Lido Zen, Torre San Giovanni, Maldives of Salento, etc.
Well connected with S. M. Leuca, Otranto, Lecce, Porto Cesareo, Melpignano Maglie (for the night of Taranta) etc.
Rent air-conditioned apartment, independent 150 mt. from the beach and the center of the marina, various solutions available for 2/4/6 persons, composed of a kitchen, one / two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, large garden with gazebo and outdoor showers, very near bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, newsagents etc.
Nearby: many beaches famous for the wonderful crystal clear sea that turn into real discos at sunset, for those who love culture we are in the homeland of the Baroque, for those who love good food many restaurants with local specialties and good fish over to the many festivals scattered in every village and small village, at the height of the season then there is the Notte della Taranta location Melpignano (Lecce).

We arrived at the house and Massimo showed us the apartment that we were to stay in. At first it looked big enough but after a day we realised that it only had a bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a kitchen leading out onto a yard that had table and chairs, washing machine and a shower area. We realised we had no windows, only the light coming in from the glass windows on the doors. Apart from that the fixtures and fittings were ok. What we didn't know and did not find out until we arrived was that the area of Mancaversa only comes to life from June 1st to Sept31st. Apart from those 4 months the place is mothballed with only a handful of residents, with NO internet . The rocky beach area is totally covered in broken glass and millions of ants. We had to travel in our car every day to surrounding towns and cities to be able to walk our dog. Massimo is a very good guy but the place was just not suitable for the 4 weeks we booked their.
