Welcome to Zion Canyon Retreat! This Spacious, Sparkling Clean and FUN home away from home is the perfect place to explore Southern Utah including Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park!
Perfectly situated between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks and 3 State Parks (Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, and Snow Canyon) you will be surrounded by hiking, biking, and ATV trails as well as many unique southern Utah's red rock golf courses and several lakes for cooling off and boating. The new Zion Canyon Hot Springs is only 2 blocks away plus St. George shopping centers are only 30 minutes away. You will not be short of things to do.
The home is designed to entertain guests of all ages with a private salt water pool and spa, pickleball court, basketball hoop and outdoor grill and fire place. Plus tons of room to relax and make yourself at home indoors.
The 4,000 square foot home has a modern and open floor plan. The large kitchen is fully stocked and features a convection oven, induction cooktop, large professional fridge and freezer, and all the amenities you need to make yourself at home. There is dining space for 18, a large family room and a game loft as well as 2 laundry rooms. The oversized two car garage has a level 2 EV charger available to use for a small fee upon request.
The bedrooms feature king and queen beds with Purple Mattresses and premium bedding. Each bedroom has their own 50” smart TV. There are two additional 75” TVs in the loft and the living room.
The home has comfortable beds for up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Master bed/bath with King bed on main
Bedroom 2: 2 queens attached to 1/2 bath on main
Bedroom 3: King bed, upstairs next to full bath
Bedroom 4: King bed attached to Jack-n-Jill bath with private sink and toilet, upstairs
Bedroom 5: Queen bed attached to Jack-n-Jill bath with private sink and toilet, upstairs
Loft: Big loft with couch, 4 daybeds and lots of floor space
The private salt water pool and spa provide a great way to relax and have fun after your daily adventures. If you are interested in having the pool heated please reach out prior to your stay so we can set it up. October - May there is a $60 per day heating fee. The hot tub is heated year round by the push of a button at no additional charge.
Disclosure: For security purposes we have a smart doorbell and a garage door opener with security cameras. They will be on during your stay.

Overall, our entire experience was excellent. We would just make a few suggestions to consider for the future, although these do not attract from the properties I recommend recommendation.1. Some of the bathtub shower combinations had slippery floors and we would recommend bath mats or friction in strips to avoid falls together with a grab bar.2. Pickleball was a lot of fun but consider pads for the basketball pole and some sort of protection from the bricks, particularly the ones facing the pool to avoid injury.3. Installation of a roll down awning by the outside fireplace to increase enjoyment time from the hot sun.

This is a good option for staying close to Zion with a large group. The outdoor space and pool are great for kids. There’s lots of space in the house in general. Several dishes & utensils had food on them. The host was very quick to communicate. However, we had two issues: one, the house was not ready when we arrived at check-in time. We walked in to find the cleaners still present with bedding and cleaning supplies all around. The second issue was in the middle of our stay. We looked out the backyard to see a pool cleaner came to clean the pool - completely unannounced or communicated by the host. Having workers present during our reservation time was unprofessional and unexpected from a super host. The host also didn’t seem like it was a big deal & brushed it off.
