Pet friendly. Very close the Letchworth State Park, “Grand Canyon of the East”. Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at the Lumber Yard restaurant, 2 miles away. Great weekend getaway.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay while visiting the area. The room was very clean and everything was provided. Perfect size for just the two of us.

I had to reach out to the property manager for the entry code when we arrived. Prior to her responding, a lovely woman (Sharon) had stopped by a neighboring rental & assisted us in accessing our unit.
The exterior of the RV (yes, that's what it is) had green mold on the bottom 18" or so.
There is no coffee table or end tables near the sofa, so it's inconvenient to have a drink or snack.
There are 2 chairs at the table in a unit where up to 4 people can stay.
The entry to the unit is in the bedroom. The comfy bed takes up almost all of the room, leaving less than 2' on either side.
There are 2 pocket door entrances into the tiny bathroom.
The unit was clean, the location was convenient for us.
