The house was very roomy, large bedrooms, great family room with a ping pong table that was so fun for all, large kitchen and dining area. Hostess very accessible, responsive very promptly and pleasant to deal with. The home made sour dough bread was a delight. We highly recommend this house for a large group.

Quiet neighborhood, pool and nice home. Ping pong table, games and a nice area to walk in quiet. Great place. Love the Cape.

I have rented many dozen houses over the years but i must say Nelly is the most attentive, available, helpful host i have ever met! She was always one step ahead of whatever we needed and a true pleasure to deal with and get to know. The house itself was a large, welcoming place with beautiful spaces inside and out. The yard has a fenced in area for dogs,a lovely lawn, amazing heated pool, and magnificent old growth trees. In short,it was a magical experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful, and we loved the pool. One thing that was not an issue for us but might be for others is that the primary bedroom has a skylight and no window shades, so it gets bright in there as soon as the sun comes up. The house is well located, an easy drive to several beaches and fun places to explore, as well as several grocery stores/shopping areas.
