The property is very bright and comfortable. Very clean and well kept. The Owners are very friendly and helpful and continued to communicate with us to make sure we had all information needed and that we had no issues with anything in the property. The location is perfect and close to all the sites we wanted to visit: Sicly, Ragusa, Siracusa, Modica, and the beach. Really perfect. The property Felt very secure and safe with the lockable entrance gate. Bright and airy, great plus to have the ceiling fans!
Only items we think could be improved:
1- wish would have been available is: a better stocked kitchen (no oven only microwave) ,
2-the cabinets where certain cookware were stored - (under the sink and under dish drain area) had a musty smell, something for the owner to look into.
3- living room furniture not adequate for the size of the house. a larger sofa would be great.
Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Loved the house and location and would recommend it to our friends and family without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay near Sampieri. The villa was beautifully furnished and very clean. The outside space was excellent for our two sons, and for us to enjoy the late Autumn sunshine! Highly recommended!
