There is no shared space with exception of the gated parking behind the duplex.
There is a front door that opens into a spacious living room and a back door that opens into the kitchen.,
The third bedroom is a small sunroom, just large enough for a twin bed, plus a trundle that can be rolled out or kept hidden away underneath.

We offer guests up to 2 parking spaces behind the home. Additional street parking is available with limitations on hours.
