A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Villa Rex is the perfect holiday getaway - situated just 50 metres from the sea in the heart of Nissaki. Although only a stones throw from tavernas, watersports, beach and harbour, Villa Rex is secluded, totally private, surrounded by its garden and olive groves and accessed by its own private drive. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, light and airy living spaces and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, there is comfortably enough room for 10 guests.

Fabulous very well equipped villa, close proximity to several bays although a car would be preferable

Villa Rex is the perfect family villa in a really great location. It is perfect for people who like to cook, as it has a fully outfitted excellent kitchen, sharp knives, two fridges, bbq, etc.
Layout is great for young and old. 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2up. Pool on same level as kitchen, so very functional for family.
50m to sea. 200m to several tavernas, but very private.
Highly recommended.
Great place.
