Very comfortable beds, convenient location for graduation stay. Loved that it had blackout shades for better sleep. Kitchen had everything we needed.There is one full bathroom and one bedroom on the first floor (not ensuite). That bedroom had a crib and pack-and-play so would be good for people with small children. There are 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom on the 2nd floor. There both a garage and on-street parking. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had.Be aware that Benton Park is a neighborhood being gentrified as are many in St Louis.

First off I want to say that the house was very nice inside! The owner was very accommodating and the home had everything that you could ask for in a VRBO. Pots and pans, soap, shampoo, towels, and amenities you name it, they provided it, which was great. I’m reluctant to leave this review because the home and homeowner were very nice to work with and the bad review that I’m leaving has to do with the location alone. It is just not safe. The house next to us was vacant and had numerous homeless people coming and going. We heard numerous gunshots outside the house on the second day and had to report it to the police because we did not feel safe loading our vehicle. I would not recommend this home to families especially. To be fair the area looks like they are trying to revitalise it but it is just not there yet. My hope is that eventually the area improves because I hate that such a beautiful house and such an accomodating host has to lose business because of the crime in the area.
