Gite Built of white Quercy stone and located in the countryside, near the charming village of Roquecor.
The stone house features a private terrace with a separate pool, lounge chairs, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, outdoor furniture, a living room (sofa bed + TV), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker), a bathroom with a shower (washing machine), a separate toilet, 2 bedrooms—one with a 140cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds plus a folding guest bed.
Guest access
The pool is exclusively for the use of the cottage’s guests.
The cottage is located in Saint Beauzeil in the northwest of Tarn-et-Garonne, just a stone’s throw from the Lot Valley, the Dordogne, the Gers, and Lot-et-Garonne (between Occitanie and Nouvelle-Aquitaine).
You can also go swimming at the Montaigu-de-Quercy recreational center, 7 km away.
You’ll find numerous markets (Montaigu-de-Quercy, Roquecor, Tournon-d’Agenais…), as well as cultural attractions for history lovers: visit Moissac Abbey, the 13th-century Bonaguil Castle, and the medieval villages of Lauzerte and Penne d’Agenais (water play areas and a basilica overlooking the Lot Valley).
Just 25 minutes from Agen (Canal Bridge, Walibi Park, tree-top adventure course…), Villeneuve-sur-Lot, and Fumel (river walk), and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Bordeaux or Toulouse
