Both living areas open onto enclosed decks with the upstairs deck featuring a modular outdoor setting and BBQ.



The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts Blanco appliances and Dishlex dishwasher. Breakfast bar for two and dining table for 8 provide ample room for the whole family. The smallest kids will even be treated by their own child dining set. All living and sleeping quarters are fully air conditioned, dressed with both full and half shade blinds and come complete with a variety of extra additions to make your stay a special one. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.



All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
