House Rules

- Belle Escapes Jervis Bay offers privately owned homes in residential areas for the purpose of family holidays or a relaxing getaway.

- They are not for use as party venues. No parties, schoolies, hens, bucks, weddings, functions, commercial events, or other gatherings are permitted.

- This property is located in a quiet coastal area and surrounded by permanent residents. Guests who do not respect neighbours may be asked to leave immediately.

- Offensive, loud, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.

- Excess rubbish must be removed. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the security bond.

- Any damage must be reported immediately to the property manager.
