Chris and Fernie Reservations couldn’t have done more for us. Other than the little glitch of no keys available at check in, was resolved quickly.Property was lovely, clean, and accurately described.Would stay againThank you

Fantastic Location. Easy check in and check out.Great communication with the Fernie Central reservations. The condo was very clean and well laid out. Very comfortable beds and really enjoyed the kitchen.

This property was absolutely wonderful! The layout was very accommodating for our group; stools at the island, dining table to seat six and a lounging area with seating for everyone! The kitchen was well appointed and the BBQ made meal prep enjoyable! The decor was warm and you could see the detail taken in choosing Canadian themed artwork. Each of the three bedrooms had its own ensuite and the beds were very comfortable. The location was walking distance to groceries, shops and restaurants.

Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing due to several serious issues. When we arrived, we found what appeared to be feces in the shower, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. On top of that, the balcony door could not be locked, which raised significant safety concerns during our stay. We attempted to contact the host/property management using the email provided in our booking, but never received any response. The lack of communication only made the situation more frustrating. Overall, this experience did not meet basic cleanliness or safety standards, and the absence of any follow-up or support from the host was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.
