Welcome to Pretty Ville, Princeville’s Hidden Gem

Nestled in one of Princeville’s most sought-after enclaves, the Liho Liho cul-de-sac, Pretty Ville is a timeless island home surrounded by lush, curated landscapes and sweeping views. This classic residence stands as a testament to the beauty of old Hawai‘i, lovingly enhanced by our ‘ohana (family) with care, passion, and deep respect for the land.

Boasting one of the most inspiring view corridors in the area, the property overlooks the majestic Makana mountain range and the sparkling expanse of Hanalei Bay. From cascading waterfalls and dramatic mountain peaks to vibrant sunsets and ocean horizons, the scenery is ever-changing and endlessly captivating.

Set on a richly planted parcel, the grounds are a living celebration of tropical abundance—home to an exotic mix of fruit trees and plants including banana, mango, mountain apple, seedless orange, vanilla bean, pineapple, avocado, lychee, and more.

When we first discovered this home, it was hidden beneath a jungle of rare, mature growth—a secret garden waiting to be revealed. Over the past year, we’ve thoughtfully restored and upgraded the property, adding air conditioning, renovating the bathroom with a large soaking tub, and unveiling the extraordinary landscape that now surrounds it.

Pretty Ville isn’t just a home—it’s a place of inspiration, legacy, and aloha.
