This condo was accessible to everything. It was on the first floor, so it was easy to get everything in and out. The size of the porch is great and it is completely in the shade, so you stay cool. There is also a ceiling fan on the porch that helps to keep you cool as well. It was very quiet in the back bedroom. The only negative of this place is that is has two bedrooms, but only one parking spot. I would recommend this spot for families. It is easy access to the beach.

We absolutely loved this unit. We visit OC at least once a year and this was by far the best condo we've had. We stepped out of our place right onto the boardwalk. It could not have been more convenient. The unit was clean and well stocked. We loved the iPad with built in surround sound - we enjoyed all of the music we listened to while playing board games and taking in the view. The only suggestions we have would be 1) secure more reliable internet as outages were common and 2) the bedrooms need blackout blinds as the street lights keep the rooms well lit all night. We ended up buying a sleeping mask to deal with the issue. Overall though, we LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it here and we will be back!
