Summary:
The charming and comfortable Black Bear Chalet is part of Lost Resort's exclusive cabin collection and is just steps from the Main Street of Greer and the newly improved village walkway.
Note: This cabin is pet friendly. Lost Resorts does charge a one-time, $100 pet fee for the extra cleaning when a dog or cat is present in the cabins. For more than 2 pets, please contact us for pricing!
The Space:
Please note that same-day bookings may be available, even if this is not reflected on the calendar. Kindly give us a call to inquire.
Lost Resort’s cabins feature a dedicated high-speed fiber internet connection, allowing you to stay connected and work remotely if needed. Each cabin also offers a covered porch with comfortable seating and a gas grill. Inside, the cabin is furnished with a sofa bed, couch table, recliner, and a swivel leather chair for your comfort.
Two parking spots are available near the front of the cabin.
The cabin is across the Little Colorado River, which you can hear from the porch and easily walk to. As our guest, you can fish directly below the cabins along the river (AGFD license required) or at the Resort’s private trout ponds.

Please note: The Lost Resorts will be reserved for private weddings and events on the dates listed below. During these times, while cabin bookings may still be available, please note that the grounds and barn will be restricted for event use only. If you have already booked a cabin during one of these dates and prefer to cancel due to the grounds' privatization, we are happy to assist with rescheduling your stay.

We loved our stay at the Black Bear Chalet! Annie, the host , was on top of communications both leading up to our stay and during. The cabin was well stocked and beautiful. The jacuzzi tub was an unexpected luxury that I wouldn’t normally expect in a mountain cabin. We had a great dinner at the on site restaurant and a great pizza that’s only a short walk away at the Little Fork Cafe. Overall an excellent experience!

This is an excellent place to stay in Greer. It is very clean and we loved how it was decorated. Yes, this property it is pet friendly but please note that there is a 100 fee if you bring a pet. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
