Fantastic location: a 7-minute bike ride (or a 20-minute walk) to Marco's beautiful white-sand beach, a 3-minute walk to shops and restaurants (Doreen's, Joey's Pizza, Thai Sushi, Sami's, etc.), and a 10-minute walk to Winn-Dixie supermarket for groceries, fresh bakery items, deli meats, seafood, pharmacy, or liquor. Enjoy the sun all day on the screened lanai overlooking the water canal or enjoy the tropical breezes while sipping a cocktail in the outdoor seating area next to the pool.
Our home has beautiful water views from dining area, living room, master bedroom and one of the two guest bedrooms and 1,900 square feet of indoor living space with a bright, and a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with southern exposure.
Some of the features included are standard-sized pool (billiard) table, double sinks and walk-in closet in the master bathroom, hot tub (5 seating positions, 18 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock. The kitchen is spacious with stainless steel appliances and 4-seating countertop bar to allow your family more space to cook and enjoy preparing food together.
The house includes cable, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, one 55" TV in the family room and three 32" flat screen TVs in each bedroom, leather sleeper-sofa, allowing for plenty of fun, family memories. We have 5 bikes (with helmets), beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, poolside chaise lounges, outdoor BBQ grill, etc.
You can also enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from the local marina on the island for fishing or cruising the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples, or for picnicking on the Gulf beaches.
Just relax, sit back, and enjoy the sun, spa, and heated pool at the lanai!

- There will be a simple, standard vacation rental agreement (including rental terms and rules) to e-sign after booking, summarizing the house rules stated on the Vrbo site.
- Check yourself in with the keypad access, which will be provided along with a Welcome guide 14 days before check-in.
- WiFi passcode will be in the Welcome guide as well as Vrbo guest app.
- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
- No security deposit is required; the property damage protection fee covers everything.
- To get you settle in, basic initial starter items are provided — paper towel, six 13-gallon trash bags, toilet paper, soap bar, and dishwasher soap, and detergent.
- No additional fee for bikes.
- No additional fee for the heated pool and spa; we ensure that all guests fully enjoy their stay, with no need to worry about hidden costs.
- No smoking or party.
City ordinance (strictly enforced by the city’s police department):
- No excessive noise; quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Keep noise to a minimum in the lanai or pool area.
- No parking of trailers at the house; however, 6 hours of temporary parking is allowed during the transition to trailer storage facilities.
- No cars blocking the sidewalk; no parking on the lawn swale.

Of all the places that I have stayed at on Marco Island this one was The Best. The owner was on top of everything and wonderful to work with. The house was Very clean with all linens fully washed and ready to use. The pool was cleaned 2x a week and they did a fantastic job. Just can't say enough good things about it. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed fishing in the canal. The pool was nicely heated and the hot tub was wonderful.

Leading up to our stay, communication was great and booking and setting up our stay was stress free. Upon arrival, the home was beautiful, clean, and complete with all the amenities of home. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. The pool and hot tub was clean and recently serviced. The dock to the rear of the house was great for our children to fish (mostly catfish). The location of the house is ideal for local attractions and dining. The kids loved the pool table! WiFi worked perfect for remote work and kids electronics. We would definitely stay here again!

wonderful location, great home, lots of kitchen supplies, towels and beach toys. multiple bicycles with helmets. one problem with check in. code for door was not given until after check in time. it was very stressful as we weren't sure we had a place to stay.
