Surrounded by tall pines, wildlife, trails, private lake and an 18 hole championship golf course. Only 35 minutes to Yosemite National Park entrance. The house is near Dunn Court beach, the Grill Restaurant, Golf course and short drive to Main Lake Merina.

My family spent our yearly vacation in Groveland .
The lake was beautiful clean and relaxing. We spent a day at Yosemite . The home was spacious, quiet and my kids loved looking at the deer from the deck.
Thank you to the host who was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed

The house looks nice. Its a peaceful place to stay. View around is perfect. Remember to use the maps provided by the host to get to the property.

The property is a little hard to find. You can’t take the most direct routes because private roads block entrance. Must enter through the main gate and paper directions from the guard. Even with those, it was hard to find. The A/C and lights were also difficult. No instructions for the A/C and there were all sorts of light switches that didn’t do anything. All the extra work to sort things out made it less comfortable.
