A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
The natural stone finca Maravilla is just a 2-minute drive from Sineu and on a hill with a view of the surrounding landscape. This typical Mallorcan country house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms - one of them en suite, which have been furnished with lovely details. The spacious dining-living area and the fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired. Thanks to the tastefully designed outdoor facilities, the finca offers many cozy places that invite you to relax and unwind - including a 40 square meter terrace with a view of the landscape, a stone oven grill corner, a large garden including herb garden and of course the 8 x 4 meter large one Pool that provides bathing pleasure and refreshment on hot days. The Finca Maravilla is an idyll for holidaymakers who are looking for relaxation and comfort in the midst of nature beyond mass tourism and who can also discover the island thanks to its central location. Internet is available via free WiFi. In winter, depending on the weather, heating radiators can be booked for a fee.

Our stay at this finca was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and full of charm. We felt comfortable from the very first moment and immediately had the feeling of being at home. The garden and pool area are simply fantastic. We spent many hours relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sun and the peaceful surroundings. It felt like our own private oasis where we could completely unwind. The location is quiet and secluded, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time well connected. Beaches and cities can be reached in about 40 minutes by car, which gave us the opportunity to explore the island during the day and then return to the calm and beauty of the finca in the evening.A very big thank you goes to Magdalena, the host. She was always available, incredibly kind and super helpful. Her hospitality made our stay even more special and we felt very well taken care of.This finca is truly a gem. We had one of our best holidays here and are already looking forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay, despite the freak storm that hit whilst we were there! The owners made us feel very welcome and came to our aid immediately after the storm to clear debris from the pool and garden area. The house is perfectly located for exploring the island in any direction. The views across the flat lands were beautiful and the nearby town of Sineu is incredibly charming and the people very welcoming. The weekly Wednesday market is an absolute must. Thank you for a lovely stay!
