Made for groups. Designed for comfort.

The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the home. A long butcher-block dining table seats the whole crew, while the fully equipped kitchen stays right in view. The large kitchen island doubles as extra prep space or a casual breakfast spot, and the living room flows naturally from both.

When it's time to wind down, the 75" Smart TV has Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, and Spotify loaded and ready. Over 100 free channels too, so whether the group wants a movie night or the Gators game, you're covered.
Sleep well every night.

Every bedroom has a memory foam mattress and blackout curtains because good sleep shouldn't be a luxury. Luggage racks keep things organized, and the two private bathrooms mean no bottlenecks in the morning.

🛏 Bedroom 1 — Queen, private bathroom access
🛏 Bedroom 2 — Queen, full-length mirror
🛏 Bedroom 3 — King, morning sunlight (the premium room)
🛏 Bedroom 4 — Queen, full-length mirror

A kitchen that actually works...
This isn't a "two pots and a dull knife" vacation kitchen. It's fully stocked for real cooking:

Stainless steel appliances + dishwasher
Air fryer, toaster, Nutribullet blender
Keurig coffee maker + electric kettle
Full dishware, cookware, and utensils for adults and kids

Your own backyard...
Step outside to a private, fenced backyard with a fire pit patio shaded by a canopy of Spanish moss and palm trees. It's the kind of outdoor space that's rare to find in a rental, and even rarer in Gainesville. Bring drinks, bring music, and enjoy the Florida evenings the right way.

Work-ready when you need it...
High-speed fiber internet and a dedicated workspace make this home equally suited for remote work and extended stays. Medical professionals, traveling nurses, and visiting researchers book here regularly for a reason.

Guest Access
The entire home is yours: all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, living spaces, and backyard. Self check-in via smart lock means you arrive on your own schedule.
